Welcome to My Today!This planner/journal was originally designed as a companion to my book Putting It All Together – 8 Foundations For Lasting Change. However, it also stands alone. My Today offers built-in practices that support and energize you! It is not one big “to do” list. You will be practicing and incorporating small habits that have long-lasting positive effects. I recommend that you don’t get hung up on using it every day – especially if you are someone who does not commonly use a planner. Begin with 3 or 4 days a week and see how it goes for you.
